Hi, In summer it is usually around 34-35 degrees Celsius and in winter it could drop below 0 degree Celsius. I'm Italian and I'd say wheat and tomatoes. Wheat because we produce and eat a lot of bread, focaccia, and pasta. Tomatoes are also often used in our dishes.
