To create a facebook account u'll must have a e-mail id,i hope u have it.now go to facebook.com and click on sign up button,it will open another page (if any other's account is appeared pls just log out,to do this go to account -> settings or account settings and press log out).the new page will ask u or will collect some information like ur first name,second name,e-mail id,password (NOT UR E-MAIL PASSWORD,choose another one,this is ur facebook password),date of birth country like these,fill the form and click sign up,as soon as u finish this process facebook will sent a mail to ur e-mail account.so pls go to ur e-mail and u'll see a mail from facebook.click on the link which comes in that mail,and u done,ur facebook account is ready,go to facebook manually again (or that link will take u to facebook automatically) and enter ur e-mail id and ur FACEBOOK password if u seen log in page,if u already logged in automatically,it will ask u for ur e-mail id and ur E-MAIL password to search for those who u contacted already with ur e-mail before.all the best

Absolutly NO,some applications on facebook will say like this,but just DON'T believe it.it's a lie,u don't have rights to see who viewed ur profile
