Why There Is No 50th Episode Of Hetalia World Series?

I've looked all over the the place for the 50th episode, to find no result so far! I think it's been banned or something, cause they said it'd be coming out around winter, but nothing has shown up! They haven't came up with the dubs past episode 24 either, so I don't know whats going on! I'm really sorry I can't be of more help... but since nobody answered your question, I thought I would to the best of my ability. I hope they're just taking a long time though, cause I wanna see that episode!
