Do frozen candles really burn faster than room temperature candles? My son and I have been experimenting with birthday candles and have gotten different results. A couple times the frozen candle burned faster, while another time the frozen candle lasted longer. We tried with a larger pair of candles, but one got blown out after a few hours. They seemed to be burning about the same until then. We're now about to see if two identical birthday candles both at room temperature burn at the same rate. We're thinking that freezing a birthday candle doesn't make much of a difference. Maybe it's different for different kinds or sizes of candles.
