its a show its all fake a month ago one of their cast members from that show came to my shop and asked me if ill let them tape operation repo there i sent him packing for lousy 300 dollars i make more than that in an hour

It is for repo'ing in Mexico. Since he says in the show that they in no such thing as repo'ing in Mexico and it is illegal there.

You can tell some story lines and such are faked or exaggerated, but it says right in the introduction to the show that these are reenacted situations based on actual repos. Loosely based maybe but still founded on reality

yea, its a scripted show...however..EG recovery and the employees are real. they are reenactments of real repos...but everything that happens is dramatization. as for why he was arrested...my guess is they will play it off of repoing in mexico

Froy recv’d Grn card 4/29/91, became a perm resident 3/31/01. Law requires for him to remain law abiding for 5 yrs from admittance to US. On 7/30/03 he was convicted of Grand Theft, which DHS was trying to push for him to be deported. Froy appealed, as he was here since ’91 so that was more than 5 years from the date of admittance. The Deportation case was dismissed 8/29/08. Keep in mind the show is based on what has happened in the past, so this would be the homeland security involvement. If you do a bit of searching for "Froylan Tercero File" on google, you should be able to find some information to show the appeal information.
