Hi I read that olivier Jasko was head hunted by an American company too but apparently its not true he is still travelling between Ireland and france . He was the general manager in the Connemara Lake hotel and the Executive Chef there as well but I know he has businesses in France and although I have heard he sold the lease on the hotel he remains the owner so his plans are probably to stay in Ireland or perhaps he has been recruited as general manager /executive chef for an american hotel group in Ireland or France I know he s in demand I was one of his best clients in Jasko s bistro in Dublin and spent many weekends in the Connemara Lake hotel so whatever he does in the future I am looking forward to enjoying his hospitality again soon as are all my colleagues ,hope this has been helpful .

Hi Olivier Jasko sold the lease on The Conemara Lake Hotel and its to be re opened in the summer 2012. He does however remain the owner of the Hotel.
Its not an American Hotel Group he is going to work for apparently he has been asked to take over the running of an Irish Hotel Group that have Hotels in Ireland , UK and the states but he is being brought in to help particularly with the Groups Dublins Hotel s who are suffering with the reccession and need a strong GM
